Second, actively promote the construction of large-scale coal-fired power bases. Improve the transmission planning of large energy bases, accelerate the construction of Hulunbuir and Ningdong coal-fired power bases, carry out transmission planning research work in Xilinguole League and Shanxi coal-fired power bases, actively promote the development of coal-fired power bases such as Huainan, Southeast Shanxi, Northern Shaanxi, Baoqing, and promote the coordinated development of power grids and energy bases.
Third, promote the development and construction of wind power bases. Accelerate the construction of a national-level wind power and solar energy technology and testing research center. In accordance with the requirements of "integrating into the large power grid and building a large base", conduct in-depth research on the development of large wind power bases and the grid absorption capacity, absorption market, coordinated construction of various power sources and transmission methods, accelerate the improvement of wind power grid-connected technical standards and management systems; organize and carry out wind power base transmission planning and design. Actively carry out the preliminary work of wind power grid-connected projects and do a good job in wind power grid-connected management.
Fourth, ensure the smooth implementation of "upgrading large and suppressing small". Resolutely implement the country's major strategic deployment of "upgrading large and suppressing small, energy conservation and emission reduction", accelerate the construction of supporting power grid projects for shutting down small thermal power units, strengthen dispatching management, implement energy-saving and environmentally friendly economic dispatching, ensure the power supply after the shutdown of small thermal power units, promote economic structure adjustment and power structure upgrading, and improve the quality of power industry development.
Fifth, strive to expand international business, actively promote the implementation of internationalization strategy, strengthen international market research, explore ways and opportunities for the company to enter the power markets of mainstream countries such as Europe and the United States, actively expand international markets, strengthen energy cooperation with Russia, Mongolia and Central Asian countries, and actively promote cross-border power transmission.
