Nanjing Liye Power Transformer Co., Ltd. specializes in the field of power transformers and integrates research and development, manufacturing, trade, complete equipment supply, operation and maintenance, and repair services. The company was founded in 1970 and was acquired and reorganized into a private enterprise by Shenzhen Liye Group in 2004. Its registered capital is 300 million yuan. The company’s plant is located on Huqiao Road in the Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Nanjing Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge and the Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Yangtze River Bridge, offering convenient transportation access. The first-phase investment in the plant amounts to 500 million yuan, covering an area of 210,000 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 180,000 square meters. The plant’s annual production capacity exceeds 50 million kVA.

The company currently employs over 700 people, including more than 200 professional and technical personnel. With over fifty years of profound experience and accumulated expertise, the company has successively obtained certifications under advanced management systems including ISO quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, energy management, supply chain security management, information security management, and social responsibility management. Its products have earned dual certifications—PCCC for both power and energy efficiency—and have also passed globally recognized authoritative certifications such as KEMA, ASTA, Dekra, and CE. The company’s laboratory has been accredited by CNAS, giving it full testing and inspection capabilities for transformers except for short-circuit tests.
