Recently, the 35kV SWZ22-RL-10000-35 three-dimensional wound core natural ester insulation oil power transformer independently developed by Nanjing Liye Power Transformer Co., Ltd. passed all tests at one time, with excellent performance indicators, meeting the national standard "GB20052-2020 Power Transformer Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades" Class 1 energy efficiency requirements. The transformer uses imported soybean-based natural ester insulating oil as the insulating and cooling medium. The successful development of the product marks that Nanjing Liye has successfully entered the field of three-dimensional wound core natural ester insulating oil power transformer equipment manufacturing, and has taken a new step towards the design and manufacture of environmentally friendly transformers.
Following the development trend and trend of industry technology, Nanjing Liye conducted research on the research and development of vegetable oil transformers, and set the 35kV three-dimensional wound core vegetable oil transformer as the company's key scientific research project. During the research and development process, the R&D team of the company's technical center corrected and adjusted the allowable values of the insulation structure and layout design based on the differences between vegetable oil and mineral oil, especially the characteristics of large dielectric constant and high viscosity, built relevant models and used simulation methods to simulate the internal electric field and temperature rise of the product, and performed simulation verification and calculation, which improved the feasibility and reliability of the plan. Before production, the R&D team of the technical center reviewed the plan and explained the technical points; and provided guidance to the workshop production personnel item by item. Each workshop team digested the drawings in advance and communicated the requirements and operational difficulties of each process. During the operation, high standards and strict requirements were maintained. Each workshop team worked together to overcome difficulties, comprehensively controlled each key point, and implemented each level and item by item to ensure that the product passed all the required test items at one time.
