1、 Tender Instructions:

1. About 350 tons of scrap steel, including on-site cardboard iron frames, scrapped oil storage tanks, etc. (settled by actual weight), please come to the company's site to inspect the goods. (Due to safety requirements, hot cutting is prohibited within the company)

2. The quotation format shall follow the unified format provided by our company. (Appendix)

3. Please send the bidding quotation and company information and qualifications to the designated bidding email address of our company by email within the specified time njly _zb@163.com (Email must be encrypted and indicate the sending company name) (PDF version)

4. The deadline for bidding quotation is December 28, 2022, and it is invalid after the deadline.

5. Pay a bid security deposit of 50000 yuan. Bids without a security deposit are invalid, and quotations without a seal are invalid.

6. According to the principles of market economy, the highest bidder wins the bid, and the goods are picked up in cash. Our company does not provide any assistance, and the winning bidder cleans up the site after dragging the scrap steel. All generated dust, waste residue, and garbage are disposed of according to environmental protection requirements (failure to dispose of according to environmental protection requirements is not the responsibility of the company). There must be no iron blocks in the garbage, and breach of contract will result in a deduction of the deposit.

7. The winning bidder's vehicles and personnel entering our company must comply with the company's various regulations, and any violation will result in penalties.

8. Matters not covered can be negotiated and resolved.
